Shipping Policy

All our package handling is processed by FedEx. You can check rates in your shopping cart.

We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient shipping services. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

Order Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after payment has been processed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Shipping within Europe (excluding UK)

We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. 

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is a flat rate of €10. Shipping elsewhere in Europe is a flat rate of €25.

These orders are shipped from our warehouse in Leiden, the Netherlands. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days and shipping may take upto 6 days to arrive. Orders with engraved products will require an additional 4 working days.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Orders to the UK are dispatched from our warehouse in England. Shipping is a flat rate equivalent to €25. 
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days and shipping may take upto 5 days to arrive. 

Shipping to the United States and Canada

Orders to the United States and Canada are subject to an international flat shipping fee equivalent to €30. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days and shipping may take upto 10 days to arrive. 

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We take the utmost care to ensure you receive excellent products and service. Unfortunately, sometimes there may be unexpected and unforeseen incidents that compromise on this quality standard. In some cases, we may offer compensation in forms of a refund or replacement. 

If an order is cancelled before products are shipped, you may request a refund. Upon confirmation of the cancellation, no products will be shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once the products have been shipped. Orders with personalized products cannot be cancelled once the personalization process has commenced.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed once the order has been delivered, no refunds or exchanges are possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an order does not arrive or a product arrives in a damaged condition, a refund or replacement may be possible. In the latter case, please contact us with photo evidence of the damaged product(s).

No refund requests will be processed if products are damaged due to mishandling, tampering, and/or accidents resulting from customer actions.

Changes to the Shipping & Returns policy

Heritage Glasses has the discretion to update the shipping and returns policies at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our shipping and return procedures. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
